Job Description

Maximus Clinical Program Manager leading Ohio PASRR human services operations and state-client relationships. Overseeing staff, compliance, financial performance, clinical documentation, and service delivery improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Ohio PASRR Program
  • Oversee Ohio PASRR contract operations and ensure contractual compliance
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the state client
  • Lead program initiatives, manage escalations, monitor performance, and drive continuous process improvements
  • Supervise, train, and develop assigned unit staff
  • Monitor staff activities, schedules, productivity, and work product results
  • Review clinical documentation, including pending denials, in real time
  • Collect quality assurance information from assigned staff
  • Disseminate policy and protocol changes and ensure implementation
  • Lead regular team meetings and act as the point person for assigned staff
  • Conduct scheduled and random post-assessment home visits to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Promote project image and goals through public speaking engagements and local professional presentations
  • Manage financial review, client relationships, and effective delivery of service-level expectations
  • Manage reporting, documentation, communication processes, and contract expectations
  • Identify opportunities for operational enhancement and foster strong client relationships
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in human services
  • Experience administering or coordinating PASRR Level II programs
  • Experience with financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data management and analysis
  • Client relationship management experience preferred
  • Active LMFT, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, or MSN licensure preferred
  • Reliable high-speed internet service
  • Minimum 20 Mbps download speeds, or 50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity
  • Minimum 5 Mbps upload speeds
