Job Description
Clinical Operations Professional leading and managing strategic initiatives for a healthcare organization. Collaborating with stakeholders on project scopes, execution, and evaluation to meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- lead and manage strategic initiatives that support organizational objectives, compliance requirements, and industry standards
- Partner with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria
- Drive project execution through all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through implementation and post-launch evaluation
- Monitor project progress, dependencies, and critical path activities to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and objectives
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing and implementing effective mitigation and contingency plans
- Facilitate decision-making and problem resolution by engaging stakeholders and escalating issues when appropriate
- Establish project governance structures, communication plans, and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Experience leading Agile, hybrid, and waterfall project methodologies
- 3+ years of Technical experience
- Customer Service Knowledge of and experience working with Provider Communities
- Experience with Electronic medical records/EMR and/or Health Information Management/HIM systems, specifically Athena
- Knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point Presentations in a business setting
