Job Description
Associate Producer supporting game feature delivery at VOID Interactive. Coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining project workflows in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the successful delivery of game features and content by coordinating cross-functional teams within a sprint-based development environment
- Work closely with designers, engineers, artists, and leadership to ensure smooth communication, efficient workflows, and timely delivery of milestones
- Coordinate day-to-day development across cross-functional teams (pods) within an agile/sprint-based framework
- Run team meetings (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and ensure clear communication across disciplines
- Enforce production processes and workflows while adapting them to team needs
- Maintain and refine the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders
- Track progress against milestones, identify risks, and proactively drive mitigation strategies
- Escalate blockers and conflicts clearly and effectively to senior production and leadership
- Support scheduling efforts to ensure projects are delivered on time and at the expected quality
- Collaborate closely with senior producers and development leads to align priorities and execution
- Maintain accurate documentation across tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Facilitate communication across time zones in a remote-first environment
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of experience in a production, project management, or similar coordination role (games or related industries)
- Experience working in agile or sprint-based development environments
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience maintaining schedules and supporting on-time project delivery
- Ability to identify risks and communicate them clearly to stakeholders
- Confidence working with cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities
- Comfort communicating with senior stakeholders and escalating issues when needed
- Ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively to a collaborative, remote-first team
- Willingness to collaborate across multiple time zones when required
