Job Description
Associate Strategist turning strategy into action at Social Commerce Club. Managing command center and supporting campaigns from planning to execution.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Command Center daily by updating task status, owners, and next steps
- Prepare meeting agendas, capture structured notes, and summarize decisions + follow-ups
- Translate strategist frameworks into clear, reusable SOPs
- Maintain the creator pipeline and prepare creator briefs
- Update weekly dashboards and report performance notes
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain a clear command center
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in preparing meeting agendas and capturing notes
- Experience in documentation and SOP creation
- Ability to track campaign statuses and manage logistics
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
