Job Description
Associate Attorney managing Workers' Compensation defense cases for Kelley Kronenberg while working remotely in Florida. Review claims, draft documents, and represent clients in hearings as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution
- Review claims files and medical records with strong attention to detail
- Draft status reports, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Represent clients at hearings and assist with all aspects of motion practice
- Maintain regular, professional communication with clients and adjusters
- Collaborate with Managing Partner on litigation strategy and case development
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar License (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of Workers' Compensation defense experience
- Superior writing skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proven ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
