Job Description

Lead development and maintenance of AI agents and automations for Customer Success. Use n8n, Python and APIs to integrate, scale and monitor production solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI agents, assistants, bots and automations applied to Customer Success processes.
  • Support the mapping of AI use opportunities in routines such as onboarding, engagement, renewals, risk analysis, estimates/forecasting and decision support.
  • Work together with CS teams to enable practical, secure and business-aligned applications.
  • Build, maintain and evolve automations that support operational workflows and the scalability of the area.
  • Use n8n as the primary tool for maintaining, improving and expanding implemented AI solutions.
  • Use Python to extend existing solutions, develop new automations and create new AI applications.
  • Integrate solutions via APIs and automated flows, ensuring stability, traceability and alignment with business processes.
  • Perform maintenance, operational monitoring and continuous improvement of already implemented AI Agents.
  • Ensure the sustainment of production AIs by monitoring operation, stability, business alignment and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support balancing the roadmap between operations, enhancement of existing deliverables and development of new initiatives.
  • Participate in CS Ops rituals to understand operational pain points, gather requirements and support the construction of viable solutions.
  • Ensure governance best practices, data quality, traceability and documentation of the applied solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience with generative AI projects, intelligent automation or automation applied to business processes.
  • Experience developing applications or automations using AI APIs.
  • Experience with maintenance, support and evolution of solutions already deployed in production environments.
  • Practical experience with n8n for operation, maintenance, improvement and expansion of automations.
  • Experience with Python for development and evolution of AI and automation solutions.
  • Experience handling and analyzing databases to support flows, automations and data-driven solutions.
  • Experience with HubSpot, including supporting processes, automations, operational organization and CRM usage in business contexts.
  • Advanced experience with SQL Server, including building, maintaining and optimizing queries for analysis and operations.
  • Proficiency with n8n for building, maintaining and evolving automations and operational flows.
  • Strong knowledge of Python for expanding existing solutions and developing new AI applications.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot to support operational flows, automation and CRM-related process management.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL Server.
  • Ability to translate business problems into applicable technical solutions.
  • Ability to build, sustain, maintain and evolve production solutions.
  • Ability to monitor operations, identify failures, propose adjustments and drive continuous improvements in implemented automations and agents.
