Job Description
Azure Cloud Engineer developing innovative cloud solutions for healthcare. Managing Azure infrastructure, ensuring compliance, and providing real-time customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Solve customer support requests using industry-leading tools.
- Solve the most challenging customer needs across Azure-hosted environments.
- Ensure customer delight with thoughtful and innovative solutions to customer requests.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues within Azure.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure including virtual networks, compute, storage, and security services.
- Support Azure governance, policy enforcement, and compliance configurations aligned to healthcare regulatory requirements.
- Periodic on-call rotations for 24/7 support requests.
- Continuously expand your Azure and broader cloud engineering experience and skills.
- Managed critical L2 Support Engineering needs, including deployments of new services using Infrastructure as Code and other innovative solutions.
Requirements:
- A US citizen living in the US.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Administrator Associate required.
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Terraform Associate certifications preferred.
- Able to work across US time zones.
- Three years of demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure.
- AWS and/or Google Cloud experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying infrastructure as code using Terraform and/or Bicep.
- Proficiency with Azure core services: Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Virtual Network, Azure Active Directory, Azure Monitor, Key Vault, and Azure Policy.
- Basic knowledge of networking and network layer topology, including Azure-native constructs.
- Understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines or equivalent CI/CD tooling.
- Self-starting and motivated.

- Ability to take ownership of individual tasks while leading and mentoring a team.
