Job Description
Azure DevOps deployment engineer supporting EU cybersecurity systems in Poland. Managing ASP.NET deployments, CI/CD pipelines, Azure environments, and enterprise system configuration for Frontex ICT.
Responsibilities:
- Support ICT teams in application building, integration, and deployment for back-end systems and mobile and PC client devices
- Support ICT teams in system environment management and configuration
- Support project teams during system tests
- Monitor system performance and health
- Report and coordinate technical issues related to system environments
- Coordinate and communicate with system vendors and contractors regarding technical issues on behalf of Frontex ICT
- Support ICT and project teams in deploying development environments in Azure
- Manage business architecture, guide solution designs, and foster collaboration among business architects and project teams to ensure coherence with the customer’s long-term vision
Requirements:
- University degree/BSc or MSc
- 8+ years of excellent knowledge in software deployment management
- Good knowledge of software release management
- Experience with CI/CD management of mission-critical complex enterprise systems
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ASP.NET applications
- Strong experience administering and troubleshooting ASP.NET applications hosted on IIS, including configuration, application pools, websites, bindings, SSL certificates, and authentication mechanisms
- Knowledge of Active Directory integration, Group Policies, service accounts, and Windows security concepts
- Knowledge of RUP and/or Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of application servers
- Knowledge of building and deployment tools, including Ant and Azure Pipelines
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of development tools and Git-based workflows
- Ability to automate application deployments and environment configuration updates
- Knowledge of RDBMS
- Ability to participate in multilingual meetings with strong communication skills
- Capability to work in an international environment
- Ability to work as a freelancer on a fully remote basis
- EU nationality required for the necessary security clearance
