Job Description

Administrative support for Australian property-management BDMs. Preparing appraisals, CRM records, investor correspondence, and follow-up workflows remotely from the Philippines.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide dedicated administrative and workflow support to Investor Support Partners/BDMs
  • Prepare rental appraisal proposals, management proposals, and associated documentation from Airtable notifications
  • Prepare documents in Realtair and REI forms
  • Prepare comparable rental market research and supporting appraisal information
  • Support market insights and training
  • Maintain and update CRM records, opportunities, notes, and BDM pipeline information
  • Prepare and send standard client correspondence, information packs, and supporting documents
  • Send initial investor enquiry emails with introductory brochures
  • Send investor follow-ups from REX and update buyer matches where applicable
  • Assist with follow-up workflows for proposals, appraisals, and prospective landlord enquiries
  • Enable BDMs to focus on client relationships, business development, appraisals, and conversion of new management opportunities

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience with international clients or teams, particularly from Australia, the United States, or New Zealand
  • Proficiency with Rex, Outlook, Airtable, RP Data, and Realtair
  • Ability to prepare rental appraisal proposals, management proposals, comparable rental market research, and supporting documentation
  • High-level data hygiene and CRM record maintenance
  • Self-provided equipment
  • Computer with 8GB RAM, 512GB HDD/SSD, Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (12th generation or newest)
  • Windows 11 Home or Pro
  • Power backup such as power station, powerbank, or UPS
  • Secondary/external monitor
  • Noise-cancelling headset and webcam
  • Internet speed of 40–50 Mbps minimum for both download and upload
  • BIR self-registration/contributions as required by the government
  • NBI or Police Clearance
  • Government-issued ID
  • English proficiency test
  • Personality test
  • Dual-monitor setup and backup internet requirements
  • Ability to work 7AM to 4PM MNL time, Mondays to Fridays
  • Willingness to comply with Wingman IT and security requirements, system monitoring, and safety tools
  • Independent contractor agreement under Singapore Law with Philippines Resources Pte. Ltd.
