Job Description
Mandarin-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative at TTEC, providing customer service related to healthcare benefit needs. Engaging with consumers and managing interactions to ensure quality service in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Engage thoughtfully with customers to understand their needs
- Conduct research across multiple systems to resolve questions
- Provide clear, accurate information to help consumers navigate healthcare options
- Manage a high volume of interactions while maintaining quality and professionalism
- Follow a set schedule, including designated breaks and lunches
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfort working with computer systems and Windows based applications
- A distraction free, designated home workspace
- A secure, high speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 mbps)
