Job Description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst providing remote Applied Behavior Analysis services to children and families. Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans across multiple states.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed • Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure services align with ethical and clinical standards

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing • Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field • Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills
