Job Description
Brand and Communications Lead for Bastion responsible for shaping brand positioning and building media relationships. Collaborate with executives and the Commercial team to drive brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and guide brand positioning and messaging
- Own earning press coverage and prepare executives for speaking opportunities
- Build relationships at conferences and run targeted campaigns
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to understand sales cycles
Requirements:
- Fintech or financial services experience
- Ability to demonstrate contribution in a fast-paced startup environment
- Skills in brand positioning and communications strategy
