Job Description
Business Analytics Consultant building tailored risk dashboards and reports for Protecht’s enterprise risk management SaaS platform. Managing customer implementations, requirements, UAT, deployment, and pre-sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of high-impact business intelligence solutions for customers and internal teams across the North American region
- Build high-quality risk dashboards and reports using Protecht’s InetSoft business intelligence software
- Meet with customers remotely or in person to identify and interpret dashboard and reporting requirements
- Document customer requirements in a consistent, standardised format
- Manage the analytics implementation lifecycle from scoping through UAT and deployment
- Guide customers on best practice and maintain an excellent audit trail
- Provide expert guidance and constructive feedback and engage in challenging customer discussions
- Support pre-sales and marketing teams when required
- Contribute to internal improvements
- Mentor junior team members
- Manage delivery schedules and communicate progress
Requirements:
- Strong demonstrated experience in SQL-based data manipulation
- Strong demonstrated experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and InetSoft
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, Agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Eligibility to work in North America, specifically as a US citizen or permanent resident
- Desirable: Risk Management experience
- Desirable: Coding in JavaScript, SQL, or similar
- Desirable: Experience in InetSoft Style Intelligence BI
- Desirable: SaaS experience
