Job Description
Brand & Sourcing Manager supporting Turtles' interactive shopping experiences and driving new user engagement through data and creative projects. Join a rapidly-growing global team focused on innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in a range of projects aimed at increasing new user acquisition or user engagement and improving analytics.
- Tailor the role based on interests and past experience, ranging from data engineering via operations management to marketing campaign analysis and management.
- Collaborate with an experienced team, providing support and taking on increasing responsibilities over time.
- Work creatively and hands-on to contribute to rapid company growth.
Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial mindset and great problem-solving skills
- Curiosity, analytical thinking, motivation, and ambition
- Solid command of English, which is the working language
- Advanced ability to work with spreadsheets
- Academic background in a relevant area (e.g. Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science etc.) considered a plus
- Programming/Analytics experience in particular experience with Python, R or SQL
