Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and document detailed business requirements
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and the business area
- Participate in user analyses and activities that ensure the business vision and experience
- Actively contribute to the design of efficient and sustainable functional solutions
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), guiding decisions and ensuring technical quality
- Collaborate with and support team management to ensure high performance
- Interact with multiple teams and stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions
- Propose and implement solutions for challenges within the immediate team and related areas
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Business Process Design
- Experience in User Research
- Knowledge of Functional Design
- Advanced knowledge of SAP for the utilities sector
- Solid experience in the Field Service (Work Management) module
