Job Description
Contract Learning Designer at Digital Promise developing high-quality learning experiences for educators. Collaborating with K-12 districts and managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop research-based, high-quality learning experiences
- Showcase past design projects and speak to their impact
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight timelines
Requirements:
- Proven design expertise: Track record of creating effective learning experiences for educators and education leaders
- Specialized skills: Expertise in one or more areas: instructional design, assessment design, e-learning development, content writing, and/or UX design
- Research-based approach: Strong grounding in adult learning principles and evidence-based instructional design methodologies
- Collaborative mindset: Ability to work closely with other designers and cross-functional teams
- Experience working directly with K-12 school districts is a plus
- Proficiency in relevant design tools is essential
