Job Description
Lead BI Analyst leveraging analytic expertise and mentoring junior analysts to support Geisinger Health Plan with data-driven decisions and strategy improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a partner to the Geisinger Health Plan (GHP) Pharmacy
- Use analytic expertise, programming knowledge, and statistics
- Collect, clean, and interpret data sets
- Identify improvement opportunities
- Support the evaluation of existing processes and strategic improvement efforts
- Consult with stakeholders to gather project requirements
- Collaborate in the design and development of analytic studies
- Provide time and effort estimates based on requirements gathering
- Manage multiple projects
- Validate and execute complex queries for data analysis
- Present analysis and reports to internal customers and stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - (Required)
- Minimum of 10 years-Relevant experience* (Required)
