Job Description
Business Strategy Director leading experience strategy and workshops at Salesforce. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver transformative outcomes for strategic customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead executive-level workshops and stakeholder engagements to align on experience strategy
- Define where artificial intelligence (AI) agents can autonomously solve customer needs
- Connect business landscape analysis and industry expertise to experience opportunities
- Visualize and prototype ideas and partner with Agentic Experience and UX teams
Requirements:
- 10+ years leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven ability to build and sustain experience strategy
- Strong business acumen across strategy, design thinking, and agile/experimentation methods
- Foundational understanding of Salesforce composable architecture, Data Cloud, and Agentforce
- Deep expertise in at least one industry
