Job Description
Business Systems Analyst role focusing on business requirement analysis and process optimization. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve system performance and efficiency in a remote capacity.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Ensuring systems are optimized for performance and efficiency
- Creating and maintaining documentation
- Conducting data analysis
- Supporting process improvements across the organization
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Experience with business process improvement methodologies
- Strong documentation skills for requirements and processes
- Ability to engage with stakeholders across various departments
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
