Job Description
Capital Markets Sales Officer managing lease transactions and relationships for Flagstar Financial & Leasing. Seeking growth in the leasing portfolio through market opportunities and execution.
Responsibilities:
- Originate, structure, and distribute lease transactions through bank and non-bank investors
- Grow the bank’s leasing portfolio by identifying market opportunities
- Build relationships with institutional buyers
- Execute transactions that optimize risk-adjusted returns
- Lead syndication and secondary market sale of lease assets
- Collaborate with credit, legal, and operations teams to facilitate smooth deal execution
- Stay informed on trends in the leasing and structured finance markets
Requirements:
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent)
- 5+ Years combination of equipment leasing, capital markets, lease syndication, structured finance, finance &/or relationship management experience
- Proven ability to originate and execute lease transactions in institutional and equipment leasing markets
- Strong network within the leasing and financial services industry
- Good understanding of standard equipment leasing products
