Job Description
Change Manager I leading moderate to high-complexity IT change initiatives for CSAA Insurance Group. Supporting technology adoption and ensuring successful implementation of changes across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support and lead moderate to high-complexity IT change initiatives
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
- Conduct impact assessments, partner analyses, and readiness assessments
- Collaborate with project managers and technical leads
- Design and deliver communication and training plans
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance related to technology adoption
- Track and report on change management effectiveness
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Prosci Certification
- Deep knowledge & validated application of change management processes and tools
- Excellent analytical ability
- Excellent facilitation skills
- Strong solid understanding of project management methodologies
- Proven application of change management practices for IT system implementations
