Job Description

Change Manager I leading moderate to high-complexity IT change initiatives for CSAA Insurance Group. Supporting technology adoption and ensuring successful implementation of changes across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead moderate to high-complexity IT change initiatives
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Conduct impact assessments, partner analyses, and readiness assessments
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical leads
  • Design and deliver communication and training plans
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance related to technology adoption
  • Track and report on change management effectiveness

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8 years of relevant experience
  • Prosci Certification
  • Deep knowledge & validated application of change management processes and tools
  • Excellent analytical ability
  • Excellent facilitation skills
  • Strong solid understanding of project management methodologies
  • Proven application of change management practices for IT system implementations
