Job Description
Valve Portfolio Manager driving market share in U.S. through strategic sales practices. Collaborating with teams to develop sales tools and participating in significant sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of the valve portfolio to maximize market share within the U.S.
- Utilize data driven sales practices to ensure sales growth of the valve portfolio
- Identify and qualify new prospective customers
- Create sales tools that enable sales teams to effectively communicate our value proposition
- Actively participate in significant sales opportunities to drive closing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical or Mechanical is preferred, Business Administration, or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in engineering, technical sales, product management, or process development
- Proven success in customer-facing roles such as sales, application engineering, or technical support
- Expertise in managing diverse sales channels (direct, distributor, national accounts)
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel or other data management tools
