Job Description
Clinical Education Manager developing training programs for Invasive Cardiology clinical applications. Ensuring compliance, management of escalations, and promoting clinical education throughout the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Drive clinical specialization through thought leadership, innovation, and accountability
- Lead the Invasive Cardiology clinical education programs
- Partner with global product and engineering teams for future product development
- Ensure audit readiness and compliance
- Develop training programs/presentations for clinical applications team
- Standardize relevant programs across the business
- Communicate clinical policy and procedure guidelines
- Support resource planning efforts including hiring and onboarding
- Manage customer post-sale escalations
- Promote clinical applications education throughout customer lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5yrs experience as healthcare professional
- 3+ years of experience in clinical applications organization
- Excellent product/connectivity understanding
- Working knowledge and healthy curiosity of current healthcare market trends
- Excellent communication and moderating skills with demonstrated ability to engage with employee and customers at all levels
- Ability to resolve complex issues within functional area and/or area of expertise
- Ability to develop and execute priorities and approaches to meet objectives
- Willingness to travel up to 30% with occasional overnight stays depending on geography and business needs
