Job Description

Client Success Advocate responsible for managing client relationships and enhancing satisfaction in HR technology consulting. Facilitating contract renewals and identifying growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Address client needs, resolve issues, and manage escalations promptly
  • Drive contract renewals and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal departments to provide timely service
  • Maintain accurate client information in Salesforce

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or sales support within a B2B environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce for account management, reporting, and client updates.
  • Knowledge of HR technology services and trends is a plus.
  • High aptitude in a 100% remote environment which also requires synchronous collaboration at a very fast pace.
