Job Description
Commercial Immigration Paralegal managing compliance processes for immigration with HR and Talent Acquisition. Independently handling nonimmigrant and immigrant cases with precise tracking and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- manage immigration-related employee data, including visa type, status, expiration dates, and case milestones;
- serve as the primary point of contact for employees navigating the immigration process;
- partner with HR business partners, payroll, talent acquisition, and people operations;
- track all case milestones, deadlines, RFE responses, and approval/expiration dates;
- prepare, review, and organize supporting documentation and evidence packages for visa petitions;
- handle LCA postings and maintain public access files in compliance with DOL regulations;
- ensure audit readiness and serve as the primary liaison to external immigration counsel;
- develop and maintain SOPs, templates, checklists, and tracking tools;
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience
