Job Description
Bilingual Court Immigration Paralegal assisting legal team in immigration court cases to help families. Seeking passionate candidates for a remote role at Mangone Law Firm.
Responsibilities:
- Are you a passionate and meticulous legal professional ready to defend justice and transform the future of hundreds of families before the immigration courts?!
- Work hand-in-hand with our legal team and Attorney Auguy in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Requirements:
- Technical Knowledge: Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law with a robust focus on immigration court cases. (Motions, Removal, AOS, Notions to appear)
- Bilingual: B2-C1 proficiency in English.
- Legal Skills: Excellent legal research skills, technical document drafting, and meticulous file organization.
- Soft Skills: Assertive communication, deep empathy toward the immigrant community, excellent time management, and strict professional ethics and confidentiality.
- Mindset: High attention to detail, adaptability to changing legislation, and a strong teamwork orientation.
