Job Description
Consultant responsible for crafting Microsoft 365 Digital Workplace solutions. Engaging in project teams and client workshops to enhance collaboration tools and workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Active participation in project teams with our renowned clients
- Advising on, designing and implementing Digital Workplace solutions based on Microsoft 365
- Building and further developing modern collaboration platforms in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, Microsoft To Do, etc.)
- Process analysis and optimization through automation using Power Automate
- Migrating on-premises solutions to the cloud, e.g. Exchange Online, SharePoint Online
- Developing innovative applications with Power Apps and implementing automated workflows using Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps
- Creating operational concepts, security policies (e.g. MFA, Azure PIM, Zero Trust) and technical documentation
- Conducting workshops, requirements analyses and training sessions in the client environment
- Contributing to internal ARES projects
Requirements:
- Degree or vocational training in computer science or equivalent professional experience
- Several years of experience in comparable positions with a focus on Microsoft 365, ideally in project-oriented environments
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, PowerShell and — ideally — Power Platform / Microsoft Graph API
- Ideally, experience with Azure services (e.g. Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, PIM)
- Prior exposure to Intune, Exchange Online or Microsoft Defender
- Familiarity with agile working methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
- Nice-to-have: knowledge of Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric and experience with C# or .NET
- Interest in exploring other Digital Workplace solutions as well, e.g. Google Workspace (GSuite) or OpenDesk
- Independent, customer-oriented, strong communication skills, a team player with a professional demeanor
- Ambitious and able to quickly get up to speed on new topics
- Willingness to travel within Germany for important on-site client meetings (on average approx. 3 days/month)
- Very good German and English skills
