Job Description

ELO ECM Consultant at DATAGROUP delivering customer support and consulting for ELO ECM. Engaging in project planning and implementation, requiring travel for on-site client support.

Responsibilities:

  • Design of processes and customizations in close collaboration with our clients
  • Customer consulting and support in the use of their ELO ECM system
  • Conducting training sessions and user onboarding
  • Installation and implementation of ELO and add-ons
  • Project planning and organization to successfully deliver our client projects
  • Travel to client sites to provide on-site support and implement optimal solutions

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience with ELO ECM
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Quick comprehension and the ability to rapidly get up to speed on new subjects
  • High motivation and commitment that drive you to deliver top performance
  • Customer-oriented thinking to identify the best solutions for our clients
  • Basic English skills to operate internationally
  • Self-initiative, willingness to take responsibility, strong eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team
