Job Description
ELO ECM Consultant at DATAGROUP delivering customer support and consulting for ELO ECM. Engaging in project planning and implementation, requiring travel for on-site client support.
Responsibilities:
- Design of processes and customizations in close collaboration with our clients
- Customer consulting and support in the use of their ELO ECM system
- Conducting training sessions and user onboarding
- Installation and implementation of ELO and add-ons
- Project planning and organization to successfully deliver our client projects
- Travel to client sites to provide on-site support and implement optimal solutions
Requirements:
- Several years of experience with ELO ECM
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Quick comprehension and the ability to rapidly get up to speed on new subjects
- High motivation and commitment that drive you to deliver top performance
- Customer-oriented thinking to identify the best solutions for our clients
- Basic English skills to operate internationally
- Self-initiative, willingness to take responsibility, strong eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team
