Job Description

Looking for a Workforce Software Consultant with strong hands-on experience in WFS solutions. Deep expertise in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workforce Software environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Looking for a Workforce Software Certified Consultant
  • Strong hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) solutions
  • Expertise in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workforce Software environments
  • Involvement across scheduling and compliance-driven use cases

Requirements:

  • Workforce Software Certified Consultant (mandatory)
  • Strong experience with WFS job scheduling
  • Hands-on experience with Workforce Software products: Time & Attendance, Scheduling
  • Absence management (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of workforce management concepts: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Labor laws, Overtime, Compliance
  • Experience in system configuration, rule building, and policy modeling
  • Nice to Have: Experience with integrations and APIs, Knowledge of payroll interfaces and system integrations
