Job Description
Looking for a Workforce Software Consultant with strong hands-on experience in WFS solutions. Deep expertise in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workforce Software environments.
Responsibilities:
- Looking for a Workforce Software Certified Consultant
- Strong hands-on experience in Workforce Software (WFS) solutions
- Expertise in configuring, optimizing, and supporting Workforce Software environments
- Involvement across scheduling and compliance-driven use cases
Requirements:
- Workforce Software Certified Consultant (mandatory)
- Strong experience with WFS job scheduling
- Hands-on experience with Workforce Software products: Time & Attendance, Scheduling
- Absence management (preferred)
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts: Timekeeping, Scheduling, Labor laws, Overtime, Compliance
- Experience in system configuration, rule building, and policy modeling
- Nice to Have: Experience with integrations and APIs, Knowledge of payroll interfaces and system integrations
