Job Description
Consultant I responsible for developing standardized solutions for customers at SPS Commerce. Collaborating with clients to resolve technical implementation and project issues in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project.
- Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals
- Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress
- Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products
- Conduct tasks and assignments as directed
- Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment
- Track progress of Implementation project(s). Ensure deadlines are met and scheduling issues resolved
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
