Job Description

Consultant managing continuous improvement projects for a Brazilian pharmaceutical company. Leading cross-functional initiatives and ensuring process optimization across departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead medium-complexity continuous improvement projects focused on optimizing cross-departmental processes.
  • Act as an organizational change agent, promoting sustainable improvements in strategic processes.
  • Manage cross-functional projects involving areas such as Operations, Projects, R&D, IT, Supply Chain, and others.
  • Facilitate collaboration among multifunctional teams, ensuring alignment of objectives, timelines and deliverables.
  • Co-create, develop and implement continuous improvement solutions using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, Kaizen and PDCA.
  • Map and analyze processes to identify bottlenecks, overlaps and opportunities for efficiency gains.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to engage teams in the practical application of improvement methodologies.
  • Define, monitor and report KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring leadership visibility of results.
  • Ensure all initiatives are aligned with the business strategy, generating real value for the organization.
  • Ensure excellence in project execution, focusing not only on “what” to do but primarily on “how” to do it.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Proven experience leading continuous improvement projects, preferably in high-complexity environments.
  • Solid experience in cross-functional projects, integrating multiple areas.
  • Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification (Lean Six Sigma, PDCA or equivalent).
  • Strong analytical skills, using quantitative and qualitative data to support decision-making.
  • Advanced knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and quality tools (Lean Manufacturing, PDCA, Design Thinking).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence and lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Resilient profile that views challenges as opportunities and learns from mistakes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with Power BI, Power Automate and Power Apps.
