Job Description
Cloud Consultant focusing on Red Hat Cloud Products for enterprise development and implementation. Leading technical solutions and collaborating with customers to meet their infrastructure needs in Egypt.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert at the customer site, addressing technical, development, or strategic IT requirements
- Understand industry practices and Red Hat's policies, procedures, and values
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting best methods to obtain solutions
- Implement and integrate Red Hat's open and hybrid cloud solutions including Red Hat OpenShift, DevOps, and Application Migration and Modernization and other Red Hat's offerings
- Collaborate with project and customer team members to meet timelines and goals
- Contribute to project documentation and diagrams and support cases management
- Mentor and share your knowledge with customers and the team
- Define and promote the adoption of automation techniques and DevOps processes to improve the cloud life cycle, including infrastructure and application uptime, availability, and time-to-market
- Implement solutions using cloud technologies, design principles, integration points, and automation methods
Requirements:
- Advanced experience of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Advanced hands on experience and knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift Platform or underlying components like Kubernetes and Docker
- Hands on experience and knowledge in DevOps and Applications Onboarding
- Experience implementing system infrastructure and cloud solutions, including data storage, networking, monitoring, and security
- Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders in both technical and business audiences
- Ability to study on your own, learn quickly, and put new ideas into practice
- Good communication skills, verbal and written in English.
- Availability to work onsite on customer sites over 50% of time
