Job Description
Conversational Solutions Architect at Miratech designing scalable voice and digital contact-center solutions. Leading automation integration across Google Cloud and AWS platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Architect scalable solutions using Amazon Connect
- Define APIs, data mappings, integration specs, and high-level architecture
- Lead design of IVR, chatbots, NLP/ASR workflows, and omnichannel experiences
- Implement GenAI and LLM-based solutions using Bedrock, Lex, SageMaker
- Integrate with CRMs and enterprise systems through secure APIs and event-driven flows
- Ensure cloud security, IAM, monitoring, and compliance on both AWS
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions
Requirements:
- 7–10 years in driving large-scale solution and cloud architecture initiatives in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Amazon Connect
- Deep knowledge of IVR, NLP, ASR, VXML, and conversational architecture
- Experience with LLMs, GenAI, and modern AI/ML services
- Strong API design, backend integration, and cloud security experience
- Proficiency in AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Bedrock)
