Job Description
E-Commerce Copywriter crafting compelling product stories across platforms for Blueprint, aiming to promote health and wellness products. Collaborating with teams to align marketing and branding strategies effectively.
Responsibilities:
- **Position Responsibilities:**
- Work with legal and R&D teams to develop compelling, legally compliant claims for our products and protocols.
- Work with product marketing to develop competitive differentiators
- Distill claims into storytelling beats for PDPs(Marketplaces, Shopify etc), Landing pages, product-focused emails, and more.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain and implement best practices for search engine optimization (SEO) research to help increase the visibility of our content in search.
- Ideate and propose ideas that showcase concepts and copy across different platforms.
- Collaborate with the SEM and paid social team for product and protocol ads.
- Promotional & Campaign Copy for Launches, campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure copy aligns with funnel strategy and brand messaging
- Support ad creative copy when needed, in close coordination with the marketing team
- Brand Voice & Standards Maintain
- Evolve brand voice guides for the brand
- Maintain distinct branded voice consistency
- Own and curate a living brand voice library, capturing signature quotes to fuel consistent, authentic content at scale
- Ensure all written output across vendors, contractors, and the internal team reflects established brand standards
- Flag copy that feels off-brand and offer clear corrective direction
- AI Integration
- Use AI tools to accelerate first drafts
- explore copy variations, and stress-test hooks
- Build and maintain prompt libraries and writing frameworks that increase team output speed Identify where AI can reduce low-value writing time without compromising quality or voice integrity
- **Position Results:**
- Consistent, on-voice written output across every active platform
- Copywriting measurably, reflected in engagement, click-through data and conversion data
- Scripts and long-form written assets are delivered on time without bottlenecks
- Brand voice guides are documented, maintained, and actively used by the team AI is embedded in the writing workflow, increasing output speed without reducing quality
Requirements:
- **Basic Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of agency or in-house copywriting experience
- A portfolio of compelling, short-form copywriting work, ideally for brands in the health and wellness space.
- An ability to distill complex scientific principles into concise value statements.
- A demonstrated history of writing high-performing copy with a measurable impact on conversion.
- Ability to craft LLM and search-engine-friendly copy that sounds like a real human being wrote it.
- Ability to tell a riveting story in which every single syllable is essential.
- Experience writing in a regulated industry, preferably health and wellness
- Experience working with UGC creators
- ****Preferred Skills:**
- SEO copywriting experience
- Experience in nutrition, longevity science, or pharmaceutical industries
- Experience working across storefront, and paid media.
