Job Description

Consultor de Viagens Corporativas at VOLL delivering efficient travel support via multiple channels. Managing national and international travel arrangements and improving processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support via Zendesk, chat and phone, ensuring efficient and personalized assistance.
  • Prepare quotes, make reservations, and issue and reissue tickets for domestic and international travel services, including air, domestic hotels, domestic ground transport, travel insurance, air group bookings, hotels and domestic tours; accommodation, car rentals and travel insurance.
  • Use Sabre, E-LATAM and other systems at a user level.
  • Identify, analyze and act on process improvement opportunities for internal and external clients.
  • Work with leadership to develop and implement new processes and procedures, promoting innovative ways to deliver greater value to clients and the business.
  • Perform emergency night on-call shifts — 12-hour shifts every 36 hours, from 18:00 to 06:00.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Tourism, Hospitality or related fields.
  • Experience in corporate travel customer service.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of OBT and GDS systems.
  • Familiarity with car rental and airline systems.
  • Knowledge of lodging/hotel providers.
  • Fluency in English or Spanish.
