Job Description
Seeking a hands-on CTO at OleOle for building a decentralized football super app. Lead engineering efforts using Rust and blockchain technology.
Responsibilities:
- Define and build the platform's architecture
- Oversee engineering direction and execution
- Lead development of the Rust backend including APIs, microservices
- Manage real-time messaging infrastructure
- Oversee OleX token and payments architecture
- Build backend framework for AI-powered features
- Ensure security, scalability, performance in various environments
Requirements:
- 7-10+ years as a CTO at early-stage startups
- Strong background in Rust and is an active coder
- Experience in remote teams across multiple time zones
- Proven startup leader with capacity to mentor and develop junior engineers
- Willing to work for deferred compensation until funding closes
- Ideally has access to capital or investor connections.
