Job Description

Phone-based Customer Care Representative handling inbound questions, service requests, accounts, and product support. Genesis Call Center recruits and manages U.S.-based representatives for national brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound interactions for major brands
  • Assist customers with questions, service requests, account needs, and product support
  • Use guided systems and resources to deliver high-quality customer care
  • Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and brand alignment
  • Complete the multi-step onboarding process, including client-specific assessments, a basic background check, and a certification course before servicing begins

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • U.S. resident, excluding California, Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maryland, New York, Oregon, Washington, and Wisconsin
  • Ability to follow detailed processes and meet performance expectations
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Comfortable navigating computer applications and web-based tools
  • Ability to work independently and remain accountable to schedules
  • Prior call center or customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish/English preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with phone-based or computer-based support environments
