Job Description
Remote Dutch-speaking customer care role for Atlean World, an international HR consultant promoting multicultural work environments. Handling customer support across phone, chat, and email.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions by phone, chat and/or email
- Solve problems and create positive customer experiences
- Follow the brand's guidelines and quality standards on every interaction
- Log and update customer interactions in relevant systems
- Work closely with the team to improve service
Requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch
- B2 English
- Curious about the latest tech
- Communication skills
- Empathy
- Customer experience is a bonus
Benefits:
- Performance Bonus: up to 10% of gross salary after 3 months, based on KPIs
