Job Description
Provides customer support and administrative assistance to customers in the APAC region via various communication channels. Responsible for resolving inquiries and delivering high-quality service while following Philippine holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Provides administrative and customer support by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving basic issues, and performing related administrative tasks.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Create bug reports for system-related issues.
- Escalate unresolved concerns to the appropriate support team.
- Support customer account provisioning, including onboarding, modifications, and account termination.
- Coordinate with clients regarding customs and trade-related forms.
- Maintain and update customer records and documentation.
- Perform other customer support duties and administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager or immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to submit reports on time.
- Handles customer concerns professionally and courteously.
- Can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent computer and typing skills.
- Able to encode and process data accurately and efficiently.
- Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Able to communicate technical information in simple and easy-to-understand terms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working effectively with demanding customers.
- Willing to work beyond regular office hours when required.
- Previous experience in customer service or data entry is an advantage.
