Job Description
Cybersecurity Operations Engineer enhancing cybersecurity operations for business customers in Switzerland. Working end-to-end with customers from implementation to operations.
Responsibilities:
- Operation and improvement of cybersecurity services such as vulnerability management and demand-driven customer support
- Conducting assessments, deriving clear actions, and implementing them pragmatically
- Analyzing and resolving security incidents and vulnerabilities while collaborating closely with customers
- Automating workflows with Python and working with modern tools like Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender
- Cross-functional collaboration, knowledge sharing within the team, and taking a holistic view of the security process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (ETH/University/FH/HF) in Computer Science or Cyber Security
- Experience operating cybersecurity services and vulnerability management
- Strong knowledge in incident management as well as automation and scripting with Python
- Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender
- Customer-focused, pragmatic, and results-oriented, with enjoyment of direct customer contact
- Team-oriented, communicative, and self-assured
- Structured, reliable, and curious, with initiative for continuous improvement
- Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus
