Job Description
Data Analyst focused on turning growth marketing data into actionable insights at Kraken. Owning data management and experimentation infrastructure within a fully remote team.
Responsibilities:
- Own the design of dashboards, growth marketing metrics, and performance reports
- Automate growth marketing data solutions, reporting workflows, and pipelines
- Dive into large, complex datasets for data models that facilitate full funnel reporting
- Translate growth marketing requests into reports and automated pipelines using Python, SQL, dbt, and Airflow
- Lead cross-functional projects to build and maintain high-quality data pipelines
- Drive experimentation infrastructure by leading design and launch of A/B testing frameworks
- Deliver insights that shape growth direction through clear storytelling
Requirements:
- 7+ years of data analysis experience with deep knowledge of growth marketing and product KPIs
- SQL mastery including complex joins, CTEs, and analytical functions
- Strong hands-on Python proficiency
- Experience setting up and managing data pipelines
- Hands-on experience designing and running A/B tests
- Capable of creating intuitive dashboards and visualizations
- A degree in a field emphasizing analytical rigor such as analytics, software engineering, or economics
- Strong communicator who can simplify complex data ideas
