Job Description
Senior Campaign Execution & Analytics Specialist at Belardi Wong, helping clients with data-driven marketing strategies and campaign management. Requires strong data analysis skills and project management experience.
Responsibilities:
- Co-develop and manage campaign production calendar;
- Communicate with all key players (clients and vendors) effectively;
- Collaborate with multiple internal partners and multiple clients to confirm necessary campaign data and assist clients in providing that data;
- Perform final selects for mail file and ensure final mail file’s delivery to printer;
- Manage campaign data production and post campaign data analysis;
- Maintain data repositories for multiple clients
- Aid in the creation of extensive post-campaign analysis and presentation with all key metrics, utilizing both advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;
- Assist with other client services as needed;
- Analyze competitive marketplace and follow marketing trends;
- Miscellaneous reporting and measurement.
Requirements:
- Must have 5+ years’ experience in data and analysis
- Candidate must have 5+ years in direct marketing, direct mail is a plus
- Must have applicable experience conducting campaign trafficking/project management
- Must be very proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple stakeholders (clients/vendors/teammates) and prioritize tasks
- Strong project and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail - high degree of accuracy required
- Flexible, organized, and open to feedback with excellent follow-through skills
- Ability to deliver on promises and meet deadlines.
- Balance a sense of urgency with calm and confidence
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently with a "can-do" attitude
- Strong written and oral communication skills and engaged listening skills
- Problem solving and decision-making ability.
- College Degree from a 4-year college or university in a relevant field
