Job Description
Analytics Specialist implementing and maintaining analytics solutions for digital marketing. Working with client data to optimize websites and campaigns while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation, configuration, and maintenance of analytics solutions and tracking setups, in particular with Google Analytics.
- Ideally, knowledge of Adobe Analytics, Matomo, or eTracker.
- Analysis of user behavior and deriving actionable recommendations to optimize websites and digital campaigns (e.g., conversion rate or funnel optimizations).
- Building reports and providing recommendations tailored to the diverse needs of our clients.
- Close collaboration with internal teams and clients to understand and implement individual requirements.
- Independent planning and execution of A/B/n tests, for example with Adobe Target.

Requirements:
- Very good knowledge of implementing and using Google Analytics (client-side and server-side), including Tag Manager
- Good to very good knowledge of A/B testing
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable insights
- Team player with good communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders and clients
- Passion for digital marketing and a continuous drive for professional development
- Strong interest in AI and the opportunities it enables (e.g., predictive analytics)
- Curiosity and eagerness to try new approaches
- German language skills at a minimum C1 level to advise our clients.
