Job Description
Data Analyst responsible for manual data cleansing and quality processes for various sources. Must live in Portugal and be proficient in data reconciliation and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Perform manual data cleansing activities following defined survivorship logic and data quality rules.
- Identify and resolve duplicate records across multiple datasets and systems.
- Standardize names, addresses, and mandatory data fields according to established procedures.
- Work with data from Excel files and local databases related to “Shadow IT” environments.
- Structure, organize, and prepare legacy or fragmented data for migration activities.
- Perform cross-system reconciliation between different platforms and datasets.
- Compare CRM exports, SAP lists, and other data sources to identify discrepancies and data deltas.
- Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately and consistently.
- Follow global documentation and guidelines provided in English.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with manual data cleansing and data quality processes.
- Experience handling data from multiple sources, including Excel files and local databases.
- Ability to perform cross-system reconciliation and discrepancy analysis.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
- Ability to follow SOPs and defined processes with precision.
- Good English communication and comprehension skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Veeva, or SAP.
- Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction and querying.
- Scripting knowledge or automation experience.
- Familiarity with Data Quality (DQ) tools and fuzzy-matching logic.
- Experience working with AI-based data inference tools.
- Previous experience working with external data providers such as IQVIA or OneKey.
