Job Description

Claims Analyst responsible for accurate data processing and analysis. Collaborating within a reputable accounting firm offering remote work opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing a high volume of claims data with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Analysing and verifying the completeness and correctness of information submitted for claims.
  • Identifying, investigating, and resolving any data discrepancies or inconsistencies in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all client and company data.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless data workflow and support broader departmental objectives.
  • Generating and preparing routine reports from processed data for management review.
  • Adhering strictly to company policies, industry regulations, and data protection standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a data processor, claims analyst, or in a similar administrative or analytical role.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and rectify errors efficiently.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
  • The ability to work independently and maintain high productivity in a remote setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience within the professional services, accounting, or insurance industries would be considered an advantage.
