Job Description
Deployment Strategist helping Swedish enterprises deploy ElevenLabs' AI agent platform, ElevenAgents. Owning customer use cases, commercial deals, demos, and production outcomes across technical and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify pain points in customer-facing and operational workflows.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end, including identifying use cases, structuring commercial terms, and driving deals to close.
- Embed with strategic customers, act as a trusted partner, spend meaningful time onsite, and own delivery outcomes.
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to implement them.
- Guide customers on deploying ElevenAgents, including agent design, orchestration, and production readiness.
- Scope applications in new industries and expand AI solutions across sectors globally.
- Present work results and future-work proposals to technical teams and C-suite executives.
- Collaborate with Research teams to feed field insights into the platform and models and help shape the roadmap.
- Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technology.
- Collaborate with customers' engineering and executive teams to achieve production deployment and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity; direct enterprise customer experience preferred
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management
- Commercial instinct and comfort with deal conversations, value propositions, and enterprise sales cycles
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results
- Adaptability across customer environments, industries, and technical use cases
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks
- Ability to map enterprise use cases and workflows to AI systems
