Job Description
Cross-channel paid media strategist optimizing Google, Meta, and programmatic campaigns. Driving conversions and ROAS through campaign management, analytics, testing, and budget allocation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cross-channel paid advertising strategies across Programmatic, Meta, and Google Ads
- Plan, build, and optimize Google Ads Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns
- Plan, build, and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram
- Set up, run, and optimize programmatic display, video, and native campaigns
- Implement, configure, and maintain Google Tag Manager deployments, including triggers, variables, tags, dataLayer configuration, and custom events
- Set up, audit, and maintain Google Analytics 4 properties, including event configuration, conversion tracking, audience setup, custom dimensions, and cross-channel attribution
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and targeting strategy across Search, social, and programmatic channels
- Monitor and optimize CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS
- Write ad copy and provide creative direction
- Collaborate with marketing and web development teams on landing page and conversion-path optimization
- Design and execute A/B tests across ads, audiences, creative assets, landing pages, and campaign strategies
- Track and analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide stakeholder recommendations
- Monitor industry trends, platform updates, algorithm changes, and paid-media best practices
- Monitor and manage budgets across Programmatic, Meta, and Google Ads
- Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and data analytics teams
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 3–8 years of experience in cross-channel performance strategy and optimization
- Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Programmatic DSP campaigns
- Hands-on Google Tag Manager implementation experience, including containers, tags, triggers, variables, and dataLayer configuration
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, including property setup, event tracking, conversion configuration, audience definition, and cross-channel attribution analysis
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions across multiple channels
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, programmatic DSPs, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and bid management software
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, audience targeting, bid strategies, and attribution models
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with focus on meeting deadlines
- Willingness to work night shift hours from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
- Knowledge of SEO principles aligned with paid strategies is a plus
