Job Description
Design Process and Optimisation Manager at Equinix focusing on design processes for large construction projects. Collaborating with teams to improve efficiencies and training personnel in processes.
Responsibilities:
- Working with Hyperscale project delivery teams to develop design processes and systems
- Working with internal product owners to define how product information is maintained
- Develop expert knowledge of design processes for Hyperscale projects
- Builds effective relationships with global stakeholders
- Plans large scale and/or complex programs
- Works extensively with internal and external global stakeholders
- Has multiple communication responsibilities
- Work with teams to develop and use risk management tools
- Responsible for delivery of company-wide/regional strategic process development
- Responsible for specific engagement in process improvement for Hyperscale projects
- Delivery training for the project teams on process improvements
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience preferred within the Data Centre space
- Diploma to a Bachelor's Degree preferred in building services, architectural, mechanical or electrical disciplines
- Managing Successful Programs Foundation certification preferred.
