Job Description
Design Team Leader at B2Spin creating stunning visuals for gaming brands while mentoring a design team and exploring AI in creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor designers through regular 1:1s, feedback sessions, and hands-on guidance when they hit creative roadblocks
- Set and maintain our creative standards by reviewing deliverables, evolving brand guidelines, and ensuring consistent quality across all touchpoints
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge AI design tools, helping the team blend human creativity with AI efficiency
- Partner with Creative Operations and Traffic Management to keep projects flowing smoothly and on schedule
- Recruit top design talent and lead comprehensive onboarding that sets new team members up for success
- Identify and solve delivery challenges before they impact our players' experience
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio that showcases exceptional digital work
- Experience mentoring designers and providing constructive feedback that elevates their craft
- Sharp eye for detail and quality with the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, direct communication style that thrives in our collaborative remote culture
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools and their potential to transform creative workflows
- Leadership mindset with the confidence to make decisions and guide creative direction
