Job Description
Design & Web Assistant working on website maintenance, SEO, and creative projects for a sustainable toilet company. Engaging in tasks from design to technical support.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and further develop our website (WordPress / Divi) and support the setup of an online shop
- Implement small SEO measures (e.g., with Rank Math & Google Search Console)
- Assist with organizational and creative projects (e.g., corporate design, print materials, setting up workspaces)
- Create and adapt materials in the corporate design (e.g., social media content, flyers, presentations, product documentation)
- Image editing (e.g., with Photoshop or Lightroom)
- Support on video shoots and other creative projects
- Optional: 1–3 assignments at festivals during the summer
Requirements:
- High sense of responsibility, self-organization and the ability to maintain an overview even in dynamic environments
- Motivation to independently drive projects forward and find solutions
- Openness to a broad range of tasks spanning creativity, technology and organization
- Optional but a plus: vocational training or degree in marketing, communications, design or a related field
- Experience with graphic tools (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Knowledge of Canva, social media or content creation
- Some experience with WordPress / website maintenance
- Basic understanding of SEO
